Your Contract

Once you have chosen one of our homes the process is simple, you will be presented with a contract that will state the price of your construction and give a layout design of your new home as well as the inclusions list.

  • Contract – this is a legal document that structures the payment process, variations, extensions of time as well as the completion date for your home. This structure is in place to protect “You” the owner and “UNITOL BUILDING DESIGN” the builder from any misunderstandings and confusion about payment for works and time constraints for completion of the property
  • Plan – this is a preliminary plan of your home which will give you an idea of room dimensions and design of your property.
  • Inclusions – these inclusions are provided as a standard range of products and appliances for your home. A list of variations will be offered to you prior to commencement of your property.

Once you are happy with all of the above documents everyone signs and it is sent to you financial institution for approval.

Finance Approval

Congratulations your financial institution has approved your loan, sit back and relax we are now getting all the information together that is required to lodge the plans with council and raise the insurance.


On your settlement date you will receive an invoice for the deposit stage of your home. Once this payment has been received we are ready to start your new property.
