After handover of your property you have a 6 months warranty period this allows you time to use all the fixtures and fitting and document any minor problems that you have with your property. You can then organise a time and we will send the relevant trades to come and rectify these problems. Your property also has a 6 years structural warranty.

Manufacturers Warranties

All of the products included in your property are covered with a manufacturers warranty. If any problems arise with these products you should refer to your handover pack that will be provided to you at handover. Instruction manuals are left on the property at handover and information on al these products are available on the manufacturers web site.

Telephone Connection

Your building specifications outline that the telephone lead in will be from the front boundry to your home with 2 outlets. Connection must be arranged with your chosen provider.
